Data we collect

The site only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form: first name, email, phone number (optional), venue, number of venues, needs and message, plus the language and the page the message was sent from.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients and hosting

Requests are stored in the site's database, hosted by Cloudflare, and sent by email to Corentin Largeron (Google Workspace mailbox). Only the MAHIE people handling your request can access them. Cloudflare and Google (including Google Tag Manager and its tools, if you accept them) may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Requests are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Cookies and trackers

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customise cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

• Necessary (always on): site operation, storing your cookie choice in your browser, protection of the contact form by Cloudflare Turnstile, back-office administrator sessions.
• Analytics (with your consent): traffic statistics, for example with Google Analytics.
• Advertising (with your consent): measuring our campaigns and building audiences, for example with Google Ads or Meta.

These tools are deployed through Google Tag Manager, which only loads after you consent. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. Analytics and advertising cookies last 13 months at most.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to corentin@mahie.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
